At IGC, gymnasts train on the best equipment available. Our 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art gym includes an exclusive tiny tot and preschool area, a full gymnastics floor, premier rings, bars, and beams, plus various trampolines and a 40-foot tumble track.

       Our newest feature is a gymnastics pit measuring 30 feet by 30 feet, the largest such structure in the greater Sacramento area. Filled with over 6,800 foam cubes, the pit gives gymnasts the chance to practice challenging skills in a safe and fun environment.
