(four to five years)—Preschoolers are taught more advanced gymnastics skills in this class, and gradually move from the tiny tot area onto the full-sized gym equipment including the training pit, beams, rings, vault, bars, floor, and pommel horse.

The move to where the big kids exercise is a fun and exciting challenge. They master such moves as the cast away, pull over, bridge, donkey kick, tuck jump, cartwheel, and spin the cat. Children not only perfect basic gymnastic skills, but also gain confidence and focus as they learn to navigate the bigger equipment.
