Are you looking for a team building activity for your company? IGC staff can set up a special workshop for your team. Gymnastics is fun and challenging. We can arrange obstacle courses that each person completes and/or activities that require team support. Your employees are guaranteed to have fun and get fit through a workshop at IGC. A coach will guide all the action, teaching new and exciting skills to participants. Trampolines, climbing ropes, tumble tracks, foam pits, rings, and bars—your team will get to experience it all and grow more cohesive through the process.
