Our 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art gym is conveniently located right off the I-80 freeway in West Sacramento, just minutes from Natomas, downtown Sacramento, and Davis.

     Our newest feature is a gymnastics pit measuring 30 feet by 30 feet, the largest such structure in the greater Sacramento area. Filled with over 6,800 foam cubes, the pit gives gymnasts the chance to practice challenging skills in a safe and fun environment. One set of each gymnastics apparatus is over the pit, enabling gymnasts to work on various routines with an increased level of confidence.
