(three to four years)—This class teaches basic gymnastics skills to preschoolers in a fun and playful way. Enhancing gross and fine motor skills, children gain the foundation they will need for more advanced gymnastics and a foundation for other sports as well. |

Advanced Kinder |

(four to five years)—Preschoolers are taught more advanced gymnastics skills in this class, and gradually move from the tiny tot area onto the full-sized gym equipment including the training pit, beams, rings, vault, bars, floor, and pommel horse. |
