IGC offers a number of exciting full and half-day summer camps for children ages five through 12. Camp is conducted in our spacious 15,000 square foot facility in West Sacramento. Our internationally acclaimed staff includes world champions, national team members, and an Olympian. Our goal is to develop your child’s self-esteem and confidence through the sport of gymnastics. Each day of camp will be filled with five rotations of gymnastics instruction on each Olympic event. Your children will gain focus, balance, strength, and flexibility. Most importantly, they will have fun!
