When you walk through the doors our family-owned and operated business, you are welcomed as a part of our International Gymnastics Centre (IGC) family. We take a personal interest in all of our gymnasts, encouraging them to reach their highest potential, whether they are taking recreational classes or competing on our Junior Olympic teams. Our goal at IGC is for our gymnasts to gain not only superior gymnastics abilities, but also confidence and focus to support them in all aspects of their lives.

      IGC offers a wide variety of programs ranging from recreational classes to competitive Junior Olympic teams. We have classes for all ages, from 18 months through adult. Class offerings include gymnastics; cheerleading; Moms, Pops, and Tots; and Sports Acro, Trampoline, and Tumbling.

     We hire only the most qualified and competent staff, drawing from a talented pool of coaches from the U.S. and internationally. Our award winning and highly acclaimed coaches include an Olympian, a six-time Northern California Boy’s Gymnastics Association coach of the year, a Moscow circus star, and international, national, regional, and state champions.

       At IGC, gymnasts train on the best equipment available. Our 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art gym includes an exclusive tiny tot and preschool area, a full gymnastics floor, premier rings, bars, and beams, plus various trampolines and a 40-foot tumble track.
